So in preparation for creating my own char (And because I'm an anal-retentive perfectionist) I have I have taken it upon myself to tweak and edit a few chars to be more to my liking, mostly I am going for more balance with some of the more overpowered characters, and I started to wonder... has anyone seen a table/spreadsheet that most of us would consider fair or balanced by mugen standards?
Part of the reason I am so concerned about this is I am planning on installing mugen on my mame cab as well. (Also a WIP.)
