snd help

well i tryd adding a new sound to one of my wips, it's for an intro, the sound does not play. so my question is what do i do? now i kind got the basics of codeing, if thats what the problem is.   is there a tutorial for makeing chars sounds?  i'm probably just stupid and can't figure it out.  :-?? anways any help...helps.

Maybe there is a canal busy, and the sound don't work... or maybe you used a wrong trigger...

it's weird the audio is acting like it's playing but it's silent.
