Post by: I-Skorp-I on December 03, 2012, 03:13:29 PM
I have a laptop that is without a pause button and i noticed on my desktop that i DO have a pause button that actually works for mugen..so i was wonderin is there a way for me to go into the mugen.cfg or any file in mugen that i can be able to change so that i can pause my mugen? cause its annoying when i have to use the bathroom or when i have to tend to somethin important and i can't pause my mugen  \-/o

Since you have a laptop, then you probably have the key called the Function key (or "fn" for short(, if you press and hold that button down, then press the pause button, it should pause mugen...

DCL is saying you probably have a pause button that would share with another bottom on your laptop keyboard, but you have to press the Fn button for that other pause button to work. It might be hard to find because it uses an icon instead of the word "pause" or it might be written in smaller font since it's a Fn key button.

Otherwise, there is no feature in mugen to change the pause button but you can download a software that would let you remap your keys. Then you can pick one button that you would like to use as your pause button and remap it to become the pause button.

1) What is your laptop?

2) I just google a key remapping software, sometimes your laptop will come with software located inthe control panel.
