Title: custom screen pack help?!?!

i need help editing the screen pack that i have. what i want is to change the image that is displayed while i am choosing my character. how would i do this?

If its not the Char Portrait, I think he's talkin about the Background image for the player select screen.

i want to change the background image that is displayed on the menu screen and the 1 on the character select screen. sorry ill be more specific next time.

Background pic for the character select screen:
1. Choose a pick that you want and make it into 320 by 240.
2. Then in photoshop convert it to 256bitmap color and then convert that pic to PCX.
3 Once youve done that you simply open up the system.def with MCM/Fighter Factory and change the pic.

Changing the portrait of the character:
1. This is going to be the same as above execpt you DONT have to make the pic 320 by 240.

when i opened it in fighter factory there were no pics there? what do i do? is there supposed to be pic in sprites already?
