nice one, you could add more details (extra reflections, grungy effects) to the metal surface, I guess ( I mean, there seem to be many "flat" zones) by using light shades of that green/teal. Also some parts (like the shoulder armature) need a more curvy shading (but probably that's just my impression).
About the other sprites: maybe it's just my point of view, but it seems there's some doubt about using a full outline for the sprites or a smoother anti-aliasing (and that can be achieved by also lowering the contrast between shades of red in case you want it with no-outline, or by using the darkes red as anti-aliasing if you want it full-outline)

Looks good. The mouth could use a little rework, but the rest is spot on. I like how you gave him a big chest and the skulls on his shoulders.
