I am sorry for not being able to do anything for so long . RL dealt me a life threatner and messed my liveliyhood up pretty bad but i am trying to bounce back now that i am fully healthy. 

It feels great to sprite again and actually go doing all the things i have learned from folks here and my very very good friends. Yo Rage i def have to thank you for the advice on using the pencil and stuff for image croppin cause i had to redo that whole Supergirl fonts and add in my own colors and try to res them up by hand and erase all the crap i could in the original and edit to my own style. Z999 and batz gave me some very good pointers before i got sick and i am glad i am trying them out now in this style. I think i did ok... i tried . . 

So i will try to keep going and up the quality as best i can on pretty much everything i do. practice practice and more practice. I am still a noob but i shall get great one day. Crom Pimp Lando style of course.

this actually the first set that i had made and decided to re-edit her into that one i showed with a few minor tweaks. Just 2 of them i wanna focus on structure shading at some time in the ab area but not too much muscle cause she just a kid even tho she a super teen. but imma hook that up a lot better.

@ Demokai... thanx bruh! oh ya know i gots to try to improve man! always practicing even in the downtime on editing stuff and trying to use some tricks i learned and studying for these HD joints.. i got somethin in mind much later down the road.. i will discuss it with ya over the jack bruh. hehehehe

@ silva... oh and def bruh! she sure did and i had to add and edit a lot of stuff. follow the shade style a bit and as well to now add on other parts from smaller size characters that i got to resize for my lil entry to a contest. 

i think i will try to edit one of my ABR wips sprites like this and see what i come up with.  oh and once i do somethin to that Slayers stage and got the program workin right, sending you the beta version to try it out.

thanx man, i been learning some HD stuff behind the curtain practicing a bit when i got better. i started tho before i got really sick and almost got taken out of here.  Glad i am good now and made it through.    now i am using different bases from cvs, MVc and hd stuff and custom work to see what cool i can come up with. 

back in the Crom Lab  and prepping some stuff.

actually thats not a bad idea Enso. I think after this contest is over i will do a scratch sprite one with no bases and maybe not even hand drawn. just mouse clicks  for the outline everything i want and then shade it HD style. I just got to think up a good character to do that i personally like. I may do one request for something till its time to jump back on project work later. i guess a comic character girl or guy. even tho i really like making female ones much better but i will do a guy one soon.

well some time ago i did a sprite edit for my daughter on her book she is writing for her main character .  well she seen my Hd like edits and wanted me to do another cause she wants sometime down the road to have her made into a Bor type game character based on her book. So i had her look at some stuff and we decided that should give her a new look  and spice her up a bit too.  So went by my daughters ideas and i did a  couple of versions for her of the same sprite.

Character name is Na'shay Nichols aka - DayWaver: The Immortal Princess

still gonna mess with this some more and add in more decor. 
i will probably roll with the second one the most cause she does have a sword that she uses as well she usues all kinds of magic and has powers. First would probably be like a second outfit. I also have a request for Rage from my daughter as well.

Hello there.... well I don't think think I can be offended as I not sure I understand what your really meaning. The name of the character is from a book my daughter been writing for some years and I made a mvc sprite edit for her based on me and her idea of what she would look like. The character real name is actually part of my daughters real name and not affiliated with any comic charatcer. I don't know if there is a comic character even named daywaver th either. Lol. The look tho is something both the old and new that's something we came up with using bases and editing from how she wanted her to look. So I dunno how I could be offended tho. Lol

Oh well, nevermind what i have said "offended" . XD Thought it might be good idea to do that for your daughter, but i don't think it's the right time to do so. Unless... if there's a perfect time to work on that "Daywaver" sprite work for your daughter.

I use a lot of bases ranging from cvs sprites and mvc sprites  color hues , Various  Hd sprites as main bases ( i have a folder of 40 to 50 Hd sprite sheets of characters to use)  with frankenspriting and ranging from 2 to 3 for each character ( sometimes more like Daywaver ) i use almost pieces from any character from various sprites of different shading styles and a whole lot of hours editing from what the main base look finished was to what they look like now. i spend about roughly 7 to 8 hours just finding the bases i want to use for a character and then making the base look and another sometimes 4 just editing stuff and details. i work slow cause i am still learning and practicing. Plus i keep gettin ideas to add stuff on them which makes it longer. Supergirl took a day and a half cause i just kept making alt outfits looks. I did a scratch one but for a contest and only used some hair from a base. i hate making hair sometimes. . I plan to do some comic dudes and girls and one from scratch work only no base. test myself and see if i am ok with skill in this style spriting.  i do all this and sprite only in paint and mouse clicks be hurtin my dang finger and wrists.

Small update to this edit . My daughter loved this one and wanted me to add a gold like gun as well on her. I did another with her with angel wings ( since she can make them appear cause she is half demon and half angel...(dont even ask me how that happened    ) but i am still workin on that one now and once i got her all finished i will post that up later plus i am resizing her for the secondary final product. thanx for viewing.
