How to change buttons gameplay permanently???

Hi guys!!!

How can i change the control buttons to make it permanently instead of going to the options every time i run mugen and change the buttons for eg up,down,right,left, HP,MP and so on!!

Tried "Save" option in Load/Save point in Options menu?..
