Perhaps, But there are certain factors that work aganist Kenpachi right now (namely not being able to use Bankai) plus we don't know how much stronger Nnoitra Jiruga has become in his transformed state or what other abilites he has hidden and its pretty obvious that Kenpachi won't accept any help in his fights, so for the time being Kenpachi chances of winning this fight is very slim.

Kenpachi doesn`t even know how to use the Shikai form of his sword(not knowing his name) up to now...maybe the battle against Ichigo at Soul Society pulled the trigger into shikai and bankai for him

Actually i believe it would be more or less like this..

1: Zaraki is about to die
2: He pulls an Ichigo (his Zampakato's sp¡rit appears infront of him)
3: They decide to work together from now on
4: IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAND!!!!!!1

But i don`t think Kenpachi would pull an Ichigo out of nowhere...less wait for next chapter and see what happens then...

Not that is a bad thing, if a fight were like a walk in the park for any of the fighters then it WILL be boring,
the drama and desperate situations are some of the things that make shounen interesting
