help with mugen, im confused

i just got a new computer
i bought an external hardrive so that i could get everything onto the computer
i put the files on here.
everything is fine to start with
i wanted to make a new MUGEN. marvel vs dc vs capcom vs snk
i put all the chars and everything on the def file, and it wont display any characters

It won't display any characters at all, even though all names are in the select .def file?

The only thing I can think of (since you just switched computers) is that perhaps all of the characters aren't in the 'chars' folder.. that you might have a chars folder within a chars folder. If that happened, they wouldn't visualize. Make sure that the indiviual charcter's folders are all in only one folder marked chars.

Other than that, i'm not sure what the problem might be.
