  I just tried exactly what you did in the vid. My vid came out good quality, but laggy as hell. Also, my comp slowed down like hell while the vid was converting.  I guess I'll stick with WMM...........

That happens while you are recording,not when you are compression the video...it happened to me a few times during test videos...Nice Tutorial FR33DOM!,i´ll test how it works when i get the time to record a new vid

he uses snagit.
