epsxe is a PS1 emulator...MVC2 has never been released for that console...it was released for PS2,Dreamcast at least...
You should be looking for Dreamcast Isos and emulators like Chankast and NullDC

MvC2 was never for Playstation so it wouldn't work with ePSXe.

If you Google. "Marvel vs. Capcom 2 ISO" It will be in the first page of results.

Shizzy, if you wanna play MvC2, you'll have to use a Dreamcast emu.

The best way to get it imo is a torrent downloader like uTorrent.
