I understand what your saying & the background layers are moving at there own deltas, but it's not to extreme so you might not even notice unless your specifically looking for it. That's why I thought maybe it wasn't worth it to separate them for this particular stage. Objects in front of you move at a higher delta like the piece of ground with the turtle on it. If you wanted to make them have lower/higher deltas you can play around with it. All my code is laid out very clean and labeled, so it should be easy to tweak.
