I just called Nintendo, requesting Earthworm Jim for Brawl. They said:

"Make a web poll, and call us back later. If the web poll results are high, we'll consider him."

Points I want to make before people post and vote "No" or "Hell No!!!":

“Why Jim?” Because Earthworm Jim was a really humorous and unique character.

“The Japanese never heard of him!” WRONG! The Original Earthworm Jim game made it to the SNES and The Sega Saturn received Earthworm Jim 2 in Japan. And besides, The Japan gave US Marth and Roy. Let’s give THEM Earthworm Jim.

“More people deserve to be in than him!!” True, but a wise man once told me, “Everyone, no matter how small, has a chance”. And besides Sonic, who ELSE is wanted? You’re Move.

“Does his licensed owner even exist anymore?” Yes. Shiny Entertainment is still alive. However, now it is owned by Atari, a more well-known company. Plus, Dan Casteneletta is done working on The Simpsons Movie. So his chances boost up by a lot.

“He’ll Never Be In!” We never thought Snake would be in, but is he? Once more, your move.

I think they mean like a huge poll. Like, on a popular site or something. Advertising it as much as you can before the end date.

He's not at the top of my list for characters I want in Brawl, but what the hell... I guess it would be kind of cool

nah i think if any capcom character would make it in it'd be megaman. ehh i admit jim needs a come back but chances of a brawl appearance wuld be slim due to time if anything. i REALLY think they were being sarcastic i bet most characters who've been shown or will be shown were already in development months ago as f right now theres less than 2 months left, i doubt its a possibility, but if you do have luck ith that poll and he does make it in i'll definately give you props for it.

ehh i voted yes, gots love for the guy. i actaully think you have a slim chance with the release date pushed back but keep in mind its a very slim chance.
