Yes. In fact, its easy.
You just need to open the DVD (for XBOX360) and look for the /chars/ folder.

Copy it and past on your mugen/chars/ folder. YOu will need to edit somethings, but you will have all chars.

Yeah, they use some (var) in their common1.cns file that will break if you throw scenery at non Injustice chars, just edit that out then you'll be good to go.

raven has 2 issues besides the face they f**ked up her voice . that saddened me to hear that horrible Morpher its even tara strong voicing it they just screwed it up. I still bought the game and enjoy it but it pisses me off what they did to raven.

It's actually not a bad idea. It could be like a "sequel" of sorts. "Injustice: Godfall" or something like that. I know there is a New 52 Superman being made, and you could always have the DC characters everyone's been whining about (*cough*) Martian Manhunter (*cough*) added with the roster.
