Nice to see Ms Raven here get an update.

I love the new effects and the palletes are really nice. Though quick question: you mentioned you had a new voice pack right? She still sounds the same as she previously did

nopes, i forgot... no sprites change on this update, started a new walk and jump, but will save it for future.

Awesome character! 

Only thing of note that I found that hasn't already been mentioned here or at other forums is that the Agile Form Attack will sometimes blow right through an enemy.  the first strike will land but after that you just kind of glide through and waste the rest of the move. 

Also in the Read Me, it lists that Shapeshift is performed by the command D, DB, B+P when it should be D, DB, B+K.

Blasted blasted template. Next person to use it is to fix the following, then UPLOAD said fix for everyone and force them to use it.

Cannot combo between crouching moves and standing ones or back again. This locks off the launcher far too much as it is c.HP. If you hit with a jab, you cannot get to the launch, you can only launch if you start the combo from crouching.

Outside of that.
# I think the gun hit noise is wrong, it sounds like a gun shot rather than someone being hit by a bullet
# Throw needs altering. P2 needs some realignment, dagger should be explod and have less priority than p2 so it's through them rather than resting against them. I think the blood effect goes the wrong way and they shouldn't bounce after the knife is removed, the gunshot should do that, not the knife. If you could use the collapse sprites here (optional anim) it would look somewhat execution style which would be neat. Not everything has those but it'd be a nice touch.
# I don't think the first hit of the spinning heel kick should knock down
# dp gunshot. If p2 is on the ground they should be blown up and back, not fall straight down. I realise guns don't make you go flying in real life, but it should do more than drop you to the floor.
# QCB+PP. Swish noises aren't timed with the attacks. This whole thing needs to be timed out differently, specially the hitpauses for mystique so it looks like it's hitting harder. Maybe an extra long one before the final hit.
# QCB+KK swishes don't match up, it's also kinda disappointing that everyone seems to be using kick sprites rather than mixing it up a bit. I know she uses her feet a lot but this move just looks like someone doing a cossack dance. Final punch doesn't really look epic enough either. I'd use Hulk or Juggy for the final hit and have it be some massive knockaway.
# Assuming run is a design choice and most Vs stuff have dashes/hops.
# c.HP can't be blocked while standing
# pushes are not good. P2 in corner, 21 c.lk before i'm too far away for another one. In the middle of the stage i can chain 10 of these together. Should be 2-3 tops. Ditto for lk in all iterations. Please work on hitpauses. This is a pretty common theme, many moves don't FEEL like heavy attacks. They just feel like light attacks with more frames. I timed everything out in omega red based on normal. Aside from quick multi hit's like his j.HP, please take a look at how the pause times work. It makes a big change to how a character feels.
# qcf+lp can be blocked while standing, looks like it should be crouch only.
# qcf+P in the air deals the same damage in all versions. It might mean more spriting but why not horizontal, diagonally down and straight down as a catch you out attack when jumping over p2?

and will check combo between crounching and standing on currents and next ones.
