Akuma Art by Acey
« on: November 02, 2011, 11:41:19 PM »
I've never actually make a composition with Photo Shop before, I have only used Paint Shop Pro. I have Photo Shop to automate some mugen spriting processes so I figured it was about time to start learning how to use it to actually make some art. I sketched this on paper, inked it, then scanned it it. After which I colored it in Photo Shop with the intentions to start learning the software better. Somethings can easily be improved such as the shading on the legs while other things, like the gradient on the body will require me to learn some new tricks. Thanks for looking.

Life time artist. I was one of those kids who everyone thought would end up doing art for a living. I spent more time doodling than taking notes, that was until Mugen, now I spend more time programming than taking notes.

Updated first post, I realized I left out the gray on the temples, which I really prefer on Akuma.
