Do you guys believe that Hyper Moves(Most Powerful) should always have a VERY complex command requirement or that it's perfectly fine to allocate one button for such a maneuver?

D, DF, F Button1+Button2 is a very simple and common command, things like that, D, DB, B B1+B2 , etc are the normal commands.
