Cool. How did you go about doing them? I've tried but I can't make it work quite right.

Step 1) Add ice base to character
Step 2) Recolor to white and blue shades
Step 3) Add Icicles, always pointing away from the opponent

Tip 1) Avoid putting the icicles right on the tips of anything (e.g. Wolverine's claws)
Tip 2) Avoid icicles that interfere with the graphic, notice for the most part none of my sprites have icicles on the right side of the body.

Alright, but I don't have the ice base for step one, can you give me a picture of it?

I don't have it either, I just pull it off a char I already di then edit it up. Just take off of any of the guys above.
