its a hacked rom, like most roms nowadays

where did you find the rom and emulator? I have been starving for a 2d sonic game for the longest. This could help out til sonic rush adventure come out for the ds later!! BUB salutes you

As for THAT specific rom, the video shows some URLs.

As for an emulator and roms, http://www.romnation.net may be the best choice. (If you're looking for MAME Roms like SvC or KOF 2003, http://www.rom-world.com. And if you're looking for N64 Roms, http://www.saltajuegos.tk/).
