I actually got RPG maker for the Playstation when it first came out. I only ever really made some overly simple games (one was to help someone I know learn the Sumerian epic 'Gilgamesh' for class...
.).
I will say, that's how I has learned to sprite edit.. I made some great SD sprites of WereGarurumon, Cutey Honey, Miki Makimura, Devilman, Akira Fudou (I have a relative who's a fan of Devilman and Cutey Honey, hense why I made all those,
.) I did those sprites dot by dot with a Playstation controller... so I will say making sprites for Mugen is a lot easier in comparison.
Unfortuantley, one my memory cards containing half my data corrupted, and I lost the Devilman/Cutey Honey game system and sprites I had made (I had spent amost a year on it). Ever since then, I never looked back to RPG Maker...
