A (very) minor edit I did to CVS M.Bison

My brother, being a fan of MVC M.Bison's look asked me to do this. it was a 2 second edit, but what do you think?

It's in game now, looks really cool if I do say so myself.

If you want it I'll post a link to the PCX files, even though I'm pretty sure you could do this yourself.

I for some reason liked the jerking motion, though I understand why people don't like it, I'll try making him without it now though.

I was actually thinking of converting his SVC stance into CVS style, might try that over the weekend if I have time, maybe even edit more his sprites to show those pearly whites.

Edit: after a couple minutes of trying, this is clearly going to take more work then I thought to get this arm to look right and stop jerking, it's late here, so I'm gonna try tommorow.
