So who is getting KOFXII?

oh i didn't mean bb's online play, i was referring to gamplay itself.
i think they are using ggpo netcode for blaze blue, they were going to use ggpo for sf4 as well but the they said that the current consoles processing power couldn't handle the code alongside sf4 cus sf4 uses too much processing power already, they said they are looking for a workaround to optimize sf4 in order to add ggpo in the upcoming sf4:dash (something like sf3 2nd impact)....i think snk is aiming for sf4 online play at least.

So has anyone gotten good yet? I've gotten pretty good with Joe and Terry. I also use Athena, Iori, Ryo, and I've messed around a little bit with Kim. From what I've read online, people are calling Joe this games Sagat because his Tiger Knee supposedly is "broken". Personally I don't think it is because when its blocked Joe is left wide open and you get a free combo. Also, I've heard people complain saying it goes across the whole screen, which is a total lie. It does go really far, but I use Joe enough to know that it doesn't go all the way across. There has been times were I've used it thinking the opponent was close enough and I've just landed in front of them like "UH OH!" .

i think they say it because its unstoppable which technically is true. it completely protects him from jump ins and nothing stops it

But you can block it or roll through it. Also I'm pretty sure Kyo's fireball (if thats still the name) stops it. Also, it make sense jump ins won't stop it because he's in the air while doing it.

Yeah.. I took hours trying to do combos with the uh.. one Fei-Long looking guy.. (can't remember name.. ..) I got up to 3 or 4.. that's it... like.. wtf.. that's stupid.. Even in SFIV I can do more even with Dan... ... I've gotten so used to MUGEN that I thought there would be more special moves.. but I guess not.. ...

I'm pretty sure you're talking about Kensou. If so, I don't see what the problem is. I can do a 5 hit combo with him very easily. Also, he has a move that does up to 17 hits by itself. Maybe you're just not good enough.

yeah he has a 17 hitter, not too hard to do, just work your opponent into the corner and then a good jump in will set you up for it. I posted the combo in my last post.

17 hits? Wow. Most I can do is 8. I havn't been playing much lately. For some reason I've been playing GBA and Genesis games more than my ps2 or ps3 games. *shrugs*

Yeah he is toph.  He has remained my fav in kof.  Despite his major change in xii.  I plan on getting xii though but first i need to get my xbox fixed.

i got this game da first day it came out. What did i think?  is ur answer they murdered kof with this game. Graphically its good but if u been a fan of kof since 94 up to where kof xii is now u will be very dissapointed wit dis game.. game play got a lot slower and most or all characters are missing a lot of there moves. Duolon only has one special move. there is no boss on arcade mode just 5 ez stages dats it.. they really need to step up wit da next game.

the online patch 1.02 is out and hear that ppl are very happy with the online play now.

Now that the online is fixed I'll be playing this game a lot more. Theres still some lag if you're playing someone with a bad connection, but thats normal I guess. Although it is kind of annoying when even the character select screen is lagging.
