its real. u can burn games for 360 i believe by flashing ur 360 with ur comp first to get it to work. the thing is microsoft permanently bans ur xboxlive account if u do. so u have to think hard before u do it.

EDIT: well the guy in the vid says they fond a way to get around micrisoft banning you. but i remember ur 360 needs to be hooked up to your comp and something must be done to it. i myself don't think its worth it because if something happens to ur 360 i doubt microsoft is going to want to repair it.
