Well his name is Red Arremer/Firebrand, and hes originally from Ghost's & Goblins, but those sprites are from SNK VS Capcom Chaos. Im sure you can find a spritesheet by asking your best friend Google

or just take um from the char by using FF (I do that for avys and stuff)

Use FF.

Download the Red Arremer Character, Open up FF and load the Character, Find the sprites you want for your Char, Press Prt Scr on your Keyboard, Open up Paint, Copy and paste what you just Copyed, and thats it.

there isnt any sprite packs cuz i have googled for a while and
tyring to google sprite sheets for capcom chars is difficult
