Silent Storm RELOADED by TehBazzard Released 06/06/08

I have patched Tetsu Yatogi by XCB to make him into SILENT STORM!
Really, all this is is a pallet swap, sound swap, and a few sprites swapped to Tetsu.
Origin:
Toninho 3rd released a patch that transformed Tetsu into SS a long time ago, 20/07/2004 to be exact. However, Tetsu wasn't completly finished. He didn't have any ultimates, some bug fixes didn't happen yet, he couldn't follow up his MK slide, and he was missing his "Great Bomb" Super (QCBX2 in mid-air). So I came along, and did my own patch!

Hystory:

One day, a creator called Silent Storm had realeased a character called Silent Storm.
the char itself is crappy, but the creator gained fame as the worst Jackass of mugen comunity.

Some time after, for unknow reasons, a great creator called Big Eli, member of MREV, releases a new version
of Silent Storm. this version is a private release, since as Silent Storm is a character from another creator,
he could not realease it publicaly. for the public realease, he transforms Silent Storm into Tetsu Yatogi.
and everyone lived happy ever after...

...Until 20/07/2004. A creator called Toninho 3rd, whose reason to enter the MUGEN community is the Silent Storm Character,
has created a patch to transform Tetsuo Yatogi into Silent Storm.

Then, in July 6th, 2008, A newb in the creation community, TehBazzard, made
his own patch for Tetsu, to bring Silent Storm, RELOADED! |--------------------|

Apparently, some n00bs thought I was stealing Tetsu....

For the love of God, stop tossing around the word "Steal".

TehBazzard didn't steal ANYTHING. He patched a character, which is generally accepted in the community as 'ok' and he had permission to do so as well. The only thing he did wrong was host the character itself in the download.

TehBazzard, just release the patch as a download, not the entire character, and you're good to go.

Thanks man. I understand the hard work involved into making Tetsu. I have now changed my 4shared folder. The patched files are only there now. No DL should have Tetsu in it. I think though someone is hacking my account. He added a renamed EKFM into my folder. But it didn't have me as the creator name so.
