It's recreation of witch from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica - Grief Syndrome, Walpurgis Night... And a great one at that.

If you saw that crazy anime you'd knew what it is(maybe it's a good thing to shake and crumble picture of reality a bit).
It would be great if some day full fighting game would be made...
