, i was like V-Nix makes Fx too? but thats a nice fx indeed. Rage done one for me for my Terry Hyper, Ultimate Power Wave. Man i really need to know how to make fx in paint tool sai and photoshop

FX are usually made in either Particle Illusion or Adobe After Effects, I believe that you can't make effects in either Photoshop or Paint Tool SAI (unless they are just static effects)

thanx bro, thats really good to know , so now i wont be wastin my time killin myself to try and make fx in paint tool sai or photoshop. i have certain characters that need certain effects that just arent enuff or what i will require from what i do have and have found from going around. I got very very very few water effects and i need them badly for Tsukiumi from Sekirei anime. yeah i went digging around but from all the characters that use some kind of water effect, the ones i really need they dont have so using those other 2 programs i will hope to have time to make the fx myself. imma see if there are any freee versions of those. thanx for the info V-nix. appreciate that and i hope to have my own screenshot up in this thread soon with a couple characters from the project.

Its PotS' Ryu with an extra move, I just wanted to test out what I could do by mashing effects together to create an epic looking beam attack (although damage set to highest & probably instant kill
