i tried to pm this to you but it said your name couldnt be found so i think its cuz of your foreign characters that make up ur name. but....like up under or over the portrait position, add a sprite to the sff that looks like the background but make it slant in the area that touches the portrait. if u still dont understand then ill draw it out and scan it for ya.

visual demo:

When the char portrait is expanded so that it underlaps (is under) the green bordered (new sprite), then it will make the char portrait appear to be slanted instead of a perfect box
