Street Fighter EX2 Plus characters???

because some of them are so COOL like Area [ she is Alia in MegaMan X ]

Alia would be a good character for Mugen in my opinion.

somoene made blaire dame in some sort of MVC style. the one I have is buggy though. I know there's also a 3d skullomania out there somewhere, but 3d cahracters are usually awful in mugen.

This character was in Street Fighter EX Plus, was blonde, and was a genius with robotics and armor parts. Sound familiar? Her moves resemble programming terms, and although her name ended up being "Area" here, her Japanese name of "Eria" is just one vowel extension away from Alia's Japanese name. Too much to be a simple coincidence, this is most likely where Capcom drew inspiration for the character in Mega Man X5.

I actually checked Alia's Japanese name. It is Aeria.

There's also the fact that Alia's a reploid. As in not human, never was human. And the fact that Street Fighter's influence in the Megaman X series never went far beyond references (The hadouken(X1 and Xtreme 2), X's Shoryuken (X2 and Xtreme 2), and Zero's Shoryuken (X8). I think one of his attacks had him call out Shoryuken in X8 when he had the knuckles on)

That's is correct. X's Ulitmate Neutral Armor also let him do Shoryuken, but that's as far as the two series cross each other.
