Gals129 JoeHigashi wicked portrait

i have mugen plus with modern screenpack ive in joe higashi and his portrait looks with messed uped colors, i used the dos2win converter  it fixes it but the groove letters and numbers get messed up, so what can i do so the portrait looks like it should to. look here. PS the shown picture has the original char with no dos2win used on it
