Title: Superman Blue II(Not Kal-El

An idea I've been playing around with, and started spriting a few hours ago(though due to my lack of practice over the years, it took me over an hour for the first sprite alone).  The idea is based on a concept from Smallville.  A person who's from a group of people descended from a time when Kryptonian(s) originally came to a primitive(Western/Cowboys) Earth. 
He's actually around 1/100 Kryptonian, so his DNA doesn't really mean that much.  However, he does have the solar absorption organ that Kryptonians have, but since he is barely kryptonian at all, this organ only fuels super-speed(And stamina/durability necessary to move at such speeds).  While he's nowhere near as fast as the flash, I'm hoping to give him some unique abilities that come from his superspeed that maybe the flash doesn't normally use.  I know, another speedster is probably dumb, but I want to run with it.

It's not a "bad" idea per-say, just in need of refinement. The "solar absorption organ" fascinates me. Project:Cadmus would loooooove to get their hands on it or study it for their many 'super soldier' programs.

He could've been a test subject/volunteer for one such plan. Once he reached his full potential, his body has started rejecting the treatments, via cellular decay, causing him intense pain. Amanda "The Wall" Waller ordered that he be terminated.

After barely escaping, desperate, he seeks out S.T.A.R Labs, as his body has continues rejecting the treatments the project subjected his body to. Superman himself is called in, shocked and angered at hearing of the project, he none the less agrees to help the soldier.

The suit he wears is very similar to the Kryptonian recovery suit  (http://img843.imageshack.us/img843/3149/848801.jpg)Superman himself wore once he was revived by 'The Eradicator', this one adapted for his very unique situation. It works, the suit stabilizes his cellular structure and allows him to use his new-found abilities, though, far less powerul then both Superman and 'The Flash', he's still a formidable opponent.

However, as his body is technically property of Project:Cadmus he's not seen the last of Amanda Waller.

Sorry to necro bump but make him run on air instead of land like flash that would be a major difference
