PRESENTING THE FIRST SIG OF THE WEEK COMPETITION!!!!

ok heres the rules

1. you must create whatever the weekly topic is...
*examples: x-men, dc comics, any anime that was on toonami*

2. sprite signatures are cool! and are also VERY much looked forward to!!!!
~meaning its ok if you did the signature via photoshop with a render aka cutout picture or for the spriters out there like spidermew and the others who want to show there stuff they can create a signature with a sprite based on the topic of that week.

3. all signatures must be IMT usable, both size wise and art wise *no nudity and no billboards!*

and also, since i'm doing the whole posting and stuff... i'm not aloud to participate just so i don't screw with the game so to speak...

the subject this week will be.....
FIGHTERS!!!!

so go create something that can be used as a signature here at IMT and use your favorite fighting game as inspiration!!!
*and no, mugen does not count... so no random toons from mugen, like haruhi suzumiya unless you can prove she was in some wierd japanese fighting game lol*

lets hope this works and gets the art area back into a working machine!

EDIT: oops, forgot to put down the time limit, you have till midnight pacific time sunday night... then i'm locking this thread and starting the voting thread on monday when i wake up hopefully :P

so to make sure i got this correct ...any character long as he/she/it has been in a fighting game, correct IMT size sig, sprite or image shot can be used for the character. if i got it right then real cool then! :thumbsup:

ps...can be animated or no animation?

sure, i'll do it this way then...

a new contest every wednesday and every entry will need to be in by the following tuesday.... and then voting will start the following wednesday and a new contest.

so, if there are no more entry's in the next 11 and a half hours.... the only entry wins by default, was hoping the imt spriters would of created a sprite signature atleast.... i mean atleast a mvc sprite sig of a stage and two random mvc sprites staring at each other would of been ok :(

question, to tell if it's even possible for me to manage something in the few hours i have to spare

are you going by the standard contest rules of needing to actually... make something, or are you good with entries using existing images with minor edit's and photoshop magic, ie; a fairly standard signature

going offline for a awhile, think my friends dead and todays been a very bad day... so ex-chan wins and the results of the test is what it has been as always, the idea of having a art comp was a bad idea, so ex wins the one and only attempt by default
