I wanna make a shadowcat but dont know what to use as a base any suggestions?
I was thinking blackcat but i wanna explore others

Blackcat is by Xfields and Beja, so you cannot use their sprites without permission. Use sprites by Capcom such as Cammy.

Also this is not what the request section is for. Moving to MUGEN discussion

Try using Sakura, maybe shrink her legs a bit so they arnt as long, take a bit of editing oh and her arms too.

While we're discussing bases, what would be a good one for Luke Cage and Martain Manhunter?

I figured if I edit him just right, Magneto would be a good Martain Manhunter base. Any suggestions?
