Congrats to the winners! .... but Fone Bone didn't make it to the top 3? :'( Darn you, you ridiculously huge sprites (are we calling them sprites? lol...). Because you never see those in MUGEN, ya know..

Sprites aren't only used in MUGEN.

Believe me, they are sprited. I inspected them after that last debacle with a hand drawn picture :-"

Besides Spawn is pretty much a regular size sprite & it took second

Just look at that detail & shading of Warner's sprite. it's truly amazing. Hellboy even has veins running through his arms & chest

Thanks to everybody!   =D> and all contestants.

This time i said i was to get serious in the making of a good sprite for contest, since i was challenge it. even somebody said i should be killed this time.
Then i suppouse the sprites this time must to be worth, with more dedication and effort.

I enjoy making my entry, i hope everybody could see..
making sprites must to be funny not make it only for obligation or any wrong reason.

I recommend to keep practicing and never be satisfied with own skills.
everyday u must to learn something new.  ;)

I know Hellboy looks huge, but it´s not a size that could never be in mugen.

Warner.. you need to make spritesheets like this, so you can make MUGEN characters... think of how awesome they will look! \-/o

We need these kinds of sprites for MUGEN.... :w00t:

@DT: I know! That's why I want the sprites in MUGEN SO BADLY!!! Think of how close we will get to console game quality....

Making an entire char with that kind of sprites only could be possible if that were my job, and i earn money for that and have full time making only sprites.

by other hand, making that, for fun or hobbie, with only few free time in week and free (no $$). it will be crazy.  8-}

cool, i was not counting on making it on the top 3 again, thanks for the votes guys, that hellboy sprite is awesome and it shows me that i have a long way to go still, better keep practicing again. (been lazy lately)  any comments about my sprite are welcomed, i could use the feedback.

Very cool I got second place I thought Optimus would be second. Next time I will try a hi res too liked the detail level, this contest was very good.

Warner what`s the name of game with that girl on the Left of Hellboy? her sprite is amazing.

She is from "vanguard princess" she was done already for mugen, also a bunch of stages and a couple of chars more from that game.
