Apparently these guys have made a MUGEN-based fighting game starring the characters from Commander Keen.  I thought everyone here might be interested, so I posted the link.

Pretty cool. I was expecting custom graphics or small sprites, the large resized sprites were a surprize.

I loved commander keen when i was young, played it on the dos machines :P

some of his backgrounds are kinda choppy and mashed together, it might've been a better idea to use the levels from the games.
also acey, it looks like he resized them using the xsize/ysize rather than individually resizing sprites (or the sprites are resized but aren't very big :P)

thanks for the link, dukenukem!

You're welcome, Hollywood Hogan (nice reference to WCW, btw).  I'm a Commander Keen fan too (I'm still waiting for a next-gen Keen game), but I think that someone should try to remake Keen as an MvC-style character (I would, but I suck at spritework). Also, one of the songs on the SKF4 soundtrack (Outside Skull Castle, I think) is actually from a game called Nitemare 3D.  Still, it's an interesting piece of work considering the fact that one of Nicksoft's other projects, Duke It Out in New York, was a subpar Duke Nukem 3D addon with severe slowdown problems on some maps and one new song that didn't even work.
