You have to make the time to make it run smoothly . I mean really you just have to make the time to post the theme , get the submissions from your PM & upload to your account , post the voting thread & winners thread . Repeat for eternity lol It should be orderly , set at certain days/times , or close to it each week .

You shouldn't really have to " modify " anyone's post . If you have to modify your post , you can do that where ever you make the thread . So there is really no need to have it in the Deviant thread , unless that's where you really want it .
I'm telling you just make the # 1 rule . ABSOLUTELY no talking smack about other people's work . If they entered the contest & do this their entry will be disqualified . If they just decided to come into the thread & dog things one of the mods here will take care of it accordingly .

Also, you don't have to upload the submissions to your own account if you get them in a pm. just click 'quote',copy the image link and post it where you need it to be.

Don't worry , I will keep on eye on the comp & make sure flame wars do not start up .
You can't just quote it & copy the link . Look at my Medieval Spawn link at the end of this post . It has " DARKTALBAIN " right in the link . If someone else just copied that link they would know it was coming from my photobucket account . Most people have their names on their account . For that reason you have to save the graphic & upload it to your own account . That is if you are trying to keep this anonymous , of course .
