Well, we let's just put it this way. Take a good at DarkTalbain's signature. You ever wonder why both Spawns are there?
He's got written permission by ER to finish him up. It's on his To Do list. It might take a while since he's full swing with Wolvenom right now and still needs to finish Medival Spawn, but it'll happen.

The right stance looks a bit slow so it's hard to say if it looks better than the left one.. anyway the old stance was great and I can't see anything bad in it.

This looks great! the only thing you should change is when her back bends backward in the start on the animation, her whole body (especially the legs) should bend backwards too, it looks really painful the way it is now. ???
I like the 2nd pic for the hyper.. but she's just standing there so maybe it's not the right one for the game.

Maybe you should make her switch back to Carol Danvers and than make her stand like this (or stand like in Psylocke's winpose).
I also have a suggestion for improving the blast special: you should make something more similar to Dr. Doom's blast, maybe a little thinner than his but the color is perfect and matches your anti-air special.
BTW, did you find the time to fix the "back problem" for your anti-air special?

nowdays Martial Masters still rare in mugen marvel/dc/capcom characters, but i already can imagine in 1 or 2 years a lot of new womans releases with somes sprites from red snake, just like Urien today, i remember when i saw captain marvel sprite first time, "WOW, who is this base?"....
and i want some of sprites from Red snake to mystique too, Eclipse and XFields have all? im riping one by one, just what i need....
dunno, but they have A LOT of sprites, specially from the hidden character.

Rogue makes the most sense. I say, get comic/movie/etc related palettes that pertain to her first then add others in, like wasp has the Tinker Bell palette, but also many alternates of her other appearances.

both look cool...just give one to regular flesh tone pallete..use lighter one for red skin pallete....and maybe a third lighter or darker for the green skin
last her breast sea saw in idle...better just to move them up and down
as for other palletes give her her genius vell kree pallete....silver costume and blue green skin
