I'm gonna wait and see how these turn out...they look rather plain, but then again these are still a wip so there's time to spice them up and add to them. Of course I'm just one of those people that prefers Capcom styled lifebars...so my opinion doesn't really count :P Anyway, good luck with these %%-

These bars are all original by Assassin. The hit counter text was made High Res as well as the Intro "Fight" text.

With the High-Resoution lifebars, one would hint that this next phase of Marvel vs Capcom: Eternity of Heroes is going to be Hi-Res. On one hand, High Resolution makes the entire game come alive. One another hand, there are some frustrating work with trying to convert Low Resolution M.U.G.E.N material into High Resolution.
Either way, I'll finish by saying, "Wow! Those are some sick lifebars! The portraits are also astounding."

The lifebars are rather nice looking. Assassin may have more planned for it, so let's wait for the final product.

i'll answer some questions before i go.
@Tenspeed: animated lifebars portraits are not supported by mugen .. they tend to crash mugen if returned to the select screen .. if done it will need special method of coding like syn's interactive codes .. and i'm not a specialist in special codings lol stuff..plus we have too many characters in the game so it will be a pain if done.
@Whoblehwah: the whole action figure portrait was used to test out the portrait size (a template) this portrait is in high res too.
@zerok: you don't have to lol :P these were meant (Planed) for the full game of eoh phase 2 and for being high res

We were considering Action Figure portraits but I still haven't found a good Strider Hiryu action figure.

Very nice :thumbsup: I think you guys should at least create or modify the existing Fight and combo fonts. Maybe make the "ready" and "fight" have a white outline with red in the middle.

FIGHT font - you could change it. That MVC2 is weird. Something 3d Could do the job (and I can help with that)

Its not that hard. Since you got the var to check the SP (as I saw on MVC EOH template), you can easily exchange the big portraits slot to a fixed helper. The only down things are:
- Some Ai, like mines, detects Helpers
- You need to use -2 state to make the helper, because winmugen and linux mugen get rid of any explod or helper if you skips the intro.
Anyway, I can help with some graphics, if you want.

use triggerall = Roundstate >= 0 in your helpers and it will prevent that.
And it will prevent duplicating helpers in negative states that are active from the very start of a match, (not when a round starts) in an intro is skipped if using custom materials.

Yeah, you can do on this way too, using this code at state 5900, that is the first state to be read from Mugen.
