Much members think the projects on Marvel Outsider are stopped because there is not public progress they can see.

It's totally false, all projects are always in work (except Marvel 2099 maybe..).
Each creators work on their character(s), some screenpacks are in work too, etc... but we prefer to not show much and create a big impression when the games will have their full release with precise gameplay.

So, I hope you understand, maybe it sucks for much of you because you need the last character for your fashion mugen roster, but sorry I don't care about that

Sooo, here it's the SFA4 topic, you have already saw Cody by Kojunho, and maybe saw my Retsu, Dolly, Fuka and Février too.

I present you today two new characters in the roster: Sagat and Go Hibiki

There is a problem:

To Sagat have no scar, he had fought Go BEFORE SF1. And, febore SF1, he wasn't bald and still have the eye.

Yes, this is Sagat, young, with hair and, on that photo, he lost his eye (the white one) on the fight against Gou, who is beeing held on that pic.

This picture, besides beeing oficial, is NON CANON:

Because he can't be helding Gou when he has scar, because he already had killed Gou. Pocket Fighter Gou is NON CANON, because Gou wasn't a shoto fighter, he has a KickBoxing fighter.

But in SF 1 Sagat was bald with and eye pach and no scar. Then Street Fighter Alpha is between SF1 and SFII, so this must be a SF 1 version, right?

on SF1, Sagat was alread blind (because he already find and fought Gou, killing him but losting his eye) but no scar yet because Ryu just to that on SF1 finals.

So, to Sagat faces Gou, he can't be bald...because when killed Gou, he still have his hair. A Sagat with hair and that arm gears from Adon could be nice.

Yes. That fight happens when Sagat still have hair and no eye patch, because its Gou that rip his eye off.

Some clarifications about the scare and the blind thing.

We know Sagat took his scare by Dark Ryu during the final battle of Street Fighter I.
The "Tiger Uppercut" and the "Tiger Shot" exist only after this event.

Since his childhood, Sagat has an handicap: he becomes to be half-blind on one of his eyes after a fight against another child. All his friends left him because of this.

Then, he decided to learn the Muay Thai to prove his handicap is useless.
He begans to really fight when he was 15 years old and won, before his 20 years old, his first competition against the precedent God of Muay Thai, Nuah Kahn, becoming the new God of Muay Thai (or Emperor).

Vega (M.Bison) begans to be interested by Sagat since this event, and hired him as his right-arm, his student and his "friend". Sagat becames a Shadaloo Lord.

Later, when Sagat fought Go Hibiki, he didn't know Go has found his handicap during the battle. Sagat lost completly his blind eye but won the fight. Go died soon after from internal hemorrhages.

After this event, Sagat wears a headband on his eye.

The official picture, you showed O Ilusionista, is certainly before his 20 years old and we don't know who is against him. Only some fans have deduced that was Go. Maybe it's a simple opponent, maybe it's Nuah Kahn, maybe it's Adon, maybe it's Go...

not, that is OFFICIALLY Gou. Capcom alread stated that.

About Go: I'm makinng go for my pocket project where he have different moves than Dan. Keep in mind that he wasn't a ansatsuken fighter, he was a kickboxing fighter.

Some people blaims him because he fights Kickboxing and have a Gi...but some real kickboxing fighters do wear a Gi on fights. I was a KickBoxing (plus other things) fighter on the real life and I've used a white Gi with black pants.

I've checked all my sources and yes you are right about Go, sorry.

The thing is, Capcom recently gave the rights to Udon to re-work this story (you can read Street Fighter Legends Chun-Li #01 and #02).

Udon Street Fighter comics are now the new official story, they work directly with Capcom Japan and USA.

Yes, Capcom LOVES to change their character story along the way. Sagat was one of the most changed. He was a Shadaloo Lord on the past, but he isn't it anymore..his role is personal, against Ryu, not that Evil Emperor like he was on the past (which I do prefer)

Like that crap Ingrid: they have changed A LOT of stories just to fit her.

I've always put Ingrid in the Darkstalkers' universe, and a guest in the Street Fighter Alpha 3.
Last time I've checked her story, she was a Sun Goddess or something... loool

She is the owner of the Psycho Drive that Vega/Bison uses, for example.

Officialy, she is in the Street Fighter universe... maybe in a story told by Ken for his son before to sleep XD

In the beginning, she was in the Capcom Fighting All Stars game with another god (D-D) and a fallen angel (Rook). But the game was cancelled.

When you finish CFJ with Rose, Rose says to Ingrid that she has a powerful mysterious energy bigger than the Soul/Psycho/Hadou power. But the eternal goddess loses however the battle against Rose.
