Mugen Crash !

I added the Venom char from the Mugen Multiverse forum and when I  try to run Mugen, it crashes my game. I checked if the name of the def. file is the same as the folder etc ... I don't know what to do, I also saw that this char has a different file structure like this :

code
pals
resources
Venom_MMV.def

is that the problem ? I tried to copy the files from the folders and move them into a single folder, but it didn't work. Any help ?

Mugen always provides a reason for why it crashes. If the game crashes with no message whatsoever you have a severely broken character which i think is unlikely. So

What's the message displayed when the game quits?

You know what was the problem ? I was trying to play with this Venom zipped, but it doesn't work, so I placed only the folder, and it worked. Don't know why though because all my characters are zipped.
