This has been a WIP was started years ago and step by step we did the best to keep it alive... Sadly, but this WIP have no progress for years... that's why now I together with Arkady and Volzzilla had united to continue this character and now you can enjoy your mugen with him.

on a side note I've completely forgot to mention the creators of some of the stages I've used for the conjurers cone hyper that was created, to my knowledge it was loganir for the asgard
stage for which heimdall is present, this was a major oversight on my part as well as any other stages used for that hyper, i had volzilla credit the effects used for doctor strange, but in my part in creating the hyper i forgot to credit those who's hard work was contributed in those stages, please let me know if i have forgotten to credit anyone who's stages i haven't credited thus far, and I'm sorry that i have overlooked this, -Arkady

I wish to say say many thanks to all people, who had helped in this WIP. It was also great to work with Arkady and Volzzilla, thanks to the all the contributers. I hope that you will like and enjoy to play with him. The dream is come truth for all of us.

So i'm kinda confused about the sprites is it supposed to be his classic outfit wich is not tight and doesn't shows his muscles or his black outfit wich is tight and shows is muscles

Also, his gameplay is too Magneto-ish. Anyway, it's pretty decent in comparison with other characters that were released recently.

Yeah black uniform, is his current look, but in the comics he has no cape
so yeah its not actually accurate, but i can assume (and this is a huge assumption) that if the movie version of dr strange, comes out in a few years he might have that look, probably will have a red cape, but with all the comic book movies, generally the costumes are going dark in what they wear,
there's a few other palletes i made too

ultimate game (2.act)
brother voodoo (3.act)
classic blue & 1602 (5.act)
alternate universe & what if (6.act)
there's even mage and baron mordo (although they aren't that great, and you'll need to add them into the def if you want them

Hell yeah, any help on this will be much appreciated, I'm not too good at effects, i usually use whatever, as a place holder till something or someone else can improve on it, but don't rush it in sure there will a long list of bugs, if my track record has anything to show for it

I think like dev, too magneto. Sprites look good but for an update you guys should try making more unique moves and also don't forget to give loganir credit for the usage of his stage in this character. I didn't see it mentioned in the read me files. Either way not bad for a first release. Hope to see more.

I have updated the posts, completely slipped by me to credit the stages i had put in that conjurers cone, i had already updated that about 20mins ago and will add to the readme, when i get home from work, again my apologies
to anyone who isn't credited regarding the effects or these stages
if there's anyone i haven't regarding these please let me know

counter was the idea from the start, but it was meant to be rings of raggadorr
just like in Umvc3, i changed it coz spells of vishanti meant you can read from a book, the many spells that are conjured up, rings of raggadorr was best left as a banishment spell that served better as one of the seven enchantments
