Man Scorpion from Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons game. Scorpion has MvC styled gameplay. He is using a 4 button setup. I have also made his stage which has a low level superjump. Things that need to be added are an air throw and more win/lose poses.Link :

Electric Orb Blast: D, DF, F any two punch buttons together. (level 1 power)
Volcanic Stomp : F, DF, D, any two kick buttons together. (Must be done in the air) (level 1 power)
Sinister Assault : D, DF, F, any two kick buttons together. (level 2 power)
------Special Moves--------
Magic Orb Blast : D, DF, F & any punch button (turn opponent to stone)
Call Scorpions : Charge back, then hit forward, any kick button (Each kick button calls a diff acting scorp)
Spinning Scythe : Charge back, then hit forward, any punch button (Scythe could hit opponent twice)

Stinger Pummel : Forward and strong punch (mash attack buttons to get more hits)

Crouching low kick can hit downed opponents.
