RMM Visual Sprite Template

I noticed all the robot masters have a very distinctive look, with big feet,  large hands, relatively small and short  arms and legs, and humanoid torsos with round heads (This look is amongst most mega-man characters) Which leads me to wonder, is there a master visual template for spriting?
