Okay, it works.
But I got a new problem now: If I pallette it, then the darkest parts of TopMan's legs are automatically transparent as well. And Irfanview's fill option is wacky at its best.

Her game model is very round so im not changing but ill try and find a happy medium.

Just the color is a bit off - he is more purple than violet (IOW has more red and less blue), take a look
