Yeah im doing them in that style cause its easier and a lot faster. Its does help with resizing tho. But if you up the pixel ratio to that of HD standard. The resizing (scaling up) of pixelated portraits is not that bad. see the late page to view the results of such. This next one i did in that style but used a paint bucket tool to pixelate it. Its was a point and click job so no clean up was done. if its looks sloppy oh well. AS stated no more pixel for rage. feel free  to clean, edit, etc.

, you reused the Mettaur mid boss from MMZX for Mettonger Z.
I would suggest you to adjust the shading of the Mettaur to match MVC style.

wow, thank you. I really don't feel like doing that. I'll contact the artist its the original one. If they don't mind it being replaced then I may do it. Maybe.

Rage, I'm sorry to say, but he still sucks(though in different way, mine sucked as he looked like ugly parrot or something, yours is kinda like squished shrimp). Probably it's problem of reference - he looks so dumb on official arts whichever you pick. He looks cool in comics, though. Maybe this will help you make him cool, not dumb, he deserved this:

Sorry for being pain in behind
I didn't mean him to be not egghead, he really is just bit less egghead
Went fixing his head and that's what happened:

Hope you don't mind. Edited helm shape, gem size and speck on it, made ears face-colored as on other arts, searched for his eye color and found out that it's black(yet it's blue on most arts) so made eyes bit bluish black and added speck. Also added speck on chest gem so it's not flat round, but spherical and changed a bit tone of his helm and shoulders.

P.S. behold of combined efforts of Rage and ExeLord!!!

EXELORD i would like to apologize for my comments made about you edit to my work. I am currently creating a pack with all the portraits and I compared your to my and Wow. The lil tweaks Set everything off. I am deeply sorry for my comments.

I made so adjustments  to some other portraits.


Ill post a link this weekend with  a pack  containing all FINISHED portraits
