Please read the readme and moveslist txts.  

//---CHANGES SINCE LAST RELEASE---//
Changed Hyper commands to MVC2 style
The Beg move no longer heals Rush (this really made people angry)
Tango base sprite added, *ACTs updated
Fixed the "invincible" exploit with Treble
Added To-Bike transformation
Slightly modified Beat's "Stand" animation

- I don't get a real MvC feel from this, and he feels like he simply cannot combo well at all.
- Supers are not MvC inputs, and are QCFx2+2button.
- Damage is kinda high, especially on QCFx2+2K.
- I dunno why he calls Treble with QCF+K, since Treble is Bass' wolf, and Bass was Megaman's rival, created by Dr. Wily.
- The most unfortunate problem though is his X+A grab, Beg. The lifedrain is fine, but why does it heal Rush?
- Is that missile transparent? and if it is, why?

Thank you for posting feedback!  Really, I enjoy feedback; there used to be more of it here...

-He's not meant to be an MvC character, but considering he's sprited with MvC edits, I can see your concern.  I will be making updates to Rush that will make him have a more MvC-ish feel, like: a launcher, air combos, combos in general...   

-You are correct.  I should probably change that if all the other chars in RMM are using HCF+PPP or HCF+KKK.  I just like the double QCF move better.

-Good point! It seems to take off about 100 more life points than the QCFx2+2P, I will adjust that.

-Canonically, Treble does not like Rush (Rockman&Forte CD data tells us this).  Nevertheless, Treble/Gospel is there simply because he's one of the supporting, non-playable characters found in a MegaMan game.  I may even have a Tango striker at some point (even though the R&F CD data also tells us that he dislikes Rush), but probably not Reggae.

-I wanted it to be a life-stealing move; besides, Rush's basic attacks do VERY little damage, so it's nice to have a move that gains him a few more life points.

Sorry dont want to should like a prude but i sat by for over a year watching this not so great animation. Gospel, when they first created him he had no bounce to his walk but since it been updated but his midsection (stomach, abs) doesnt move. it look so awkward.

Why didn't you say anything in over a year?  You didn't reply in the Megaman MVC Character sprite thread.  It's not too hard to fix on this end since I made the sprites from scratch

I'd narrow that down to 2P/2K. 3P/3K commands aren't all that possible on most keyboards (like mine *Iceman ThumbsDown!*)

I understand, but you might want to tone it down just a little bit. There's times when I get ~100 back, and times I get ~300 back.
