Fixed some palette stuff on the following characters by Pneophen:
-Juli
-Trevor
-Kotono
-Ranma
-Sparkster
As stated, all this does is fix palette errors for winmugen, in this case the select screen tiny portrait. Oh, and Duck King got an actual small port to boot so there's some icon to show at least.

I know LimitedMoon's stuff has palette errors too. Just I can't fix these till I get more time, as it'll involve dismantling the SFF file with SFFExtract then rebuilding it.
