How can you not believe in upgrading to lv2 if anybody hear does martial arts.........The harder you train the more stronger you become....so whats so hard to believe, and the whole beard thing...maybe time has past......am sure all akuma and the rest of those FIGHTERS are always training!

shin gouki (level 1, lets say..) exists so he can get lvl2 indeed.
Ryu n Ken has them ¨"evil form" but after that they havnt reached the "shin" state..sooo...how could they get to lvl2??

but as said before shin is not really a state its just gouki/akuma at his full power and not holding back

then the closest thing to a "shin" Ryu should be MasterRyu mode Pots implemented. cause is where Ryu can use practicaly, all his moves n puwa, not as Evil state, when he has no control over his hado and uses just certain techniques..

Actually I enjoy that Ken. It's easier for me to pwn with that Ken.
But his Ryu is just plain cheap.

everything is fan-fiction... which is great... akuma went shin and then you see him go beyond shin in the flash... to lvl 2... its stated "shin lvl2 akuma" as for ryu and ken.... nowhere on their titles does it say shin lvl 2 ryu or shin lvl 2 ken... they just went beyond their normal abilities.. instead of evil, god, perfect, omega, etc.... versions.. cuz they all have been done and done again.... az cal makes the stories for his character so you can get a better understanding of the reasoning behind them and why they are how they are...

thats just my 2 cents..

but as for the lvl2 series... i like it and it adds a different kinda flare to the street fighter series... a huge change that was well needed...

grandma: well being a fan of dbz doesnt make you a bad person... i actually liked it when i was younger.. used to draw it all the time... that was the craze... and i know i'm not the only one. ^_^

tupac: i did only make shin lvl2 akuma, but i also stick up for my fellow creators, instead of bash.

some people like the idea of lvl2 and some dont, everyone is entitled to their opinions... but you gotta think... when was the last time you made a wave like this in mugen? either way you look at it:

the "level 2" wave has hit mugen beach and people are surfin on it (for lack of a better saying)
i personally dont surf but... you get what i mean... some may like and some may not.. but either way the presence has been known by all of the community
