Chibi is a character came from a GBA game,like most of Naruto characters and the Jump series for DS(JSS,JUS)they are not chibi characters...they are from Iamp by Nachel!...

Just to clarify, "chibi" means "mini." It refers to the "super deformed" art style; i.e. where a character's head is largely disproportionate to their body size.
Right, and if the character is already made in that form without a prior form for comparsion, the said character is not chibi, but designed with looks purposely.
