Yeah I do think most users have already seen the bookmarked sites. But the thing is, most of those sites are dead links.

Have any of you considered using the Internet Archives' "Wayback Machine" for many of the links featured?

Believe me, I tried that myself. Didn't work as good as I hope.

The biggest directory of MUGEN websites and it's been abandoned.  We need a new MUGEN web directory that doesn't involve listing the character in some sort of Database.

I can envision it: Characters, Stages, Add-ons, Motifs, Full Games, all that. One giant universal link database.  It would never be used for hosting characters; that'd ruin it's purpose.  A team of people working on the page, updating with links every time they find a legit MUGEN site.  SO we have more places than just RS and Infinity to go to.

Hey! There are more places than just RS and Infinity to go to. Like, I don't know, Fury, Fanatic, *POINTS AT SIG*.
Databases are fine anyway, they can easily show what the character looks like compared to link directories without taking ridiculous amounts of time to load, and a WIKI would allow everybody to edit it. with the small problem that we only have 60 users
